Connex is a number presentation product that generates a number that is relevant to the customer’s geographic location.

e.g. Running a campaign in Liverpool and want to connect to as many people as possible?

With Connex presenting a 0151 number this could lead to the end user assuming they know the person at the other end and considering it is probably “not a sales call”.

The result is when using Connex your call is statistically more likely to get answered rather than ignored.

Connex is not geographically campaign dependant and you can run campaigns in multiple areas.

For example if you are running Connex campaigns in Warrington, Salford, Liverpool, St.Helens, Manchester and Wigan then:

• • Connex call 2 to Warrington will present 01925
• • Connex call 3 to Salford will present 0161
• • Connex call 4 to St. Helens will present 01744
• • Connex call 5 to Wigan will present 01695
• • Connex call 6 to Manchester will present 0161

Inbound calls can be handled in exactly the same way you handle them now. A customer returning a call will be filtered into your dialler from each geographical location.
